Consisting 452 units and 20,000 square feet of retail space, Neo Vertika is considered the largest loft building in Florida. It is known for its unique splits and lofts Two levels of vertical living space with 20’ ceilings, private balconies, floating staircases, and floor to ceiling windows that frame enchanting views of the Miami River characterize the splits.

NeoVertika has created an urban environment with open living standards that has come to define this unique building. It is located on the edge of the Miami River’s South Bank, in Brickell.
